What we collect

We collect what you send us and what the site records while you use it: name, phone, email, the property or job address, the scope you describe, and the photos or video you upload.

We also keep basic technical data: pages viewed, device and browser type, referring page, and the number or address a message came from.

How we use it

To read the job, prepare an estimate, schedule the work, send job updates, and keep a record of the work performed.

We do not sell personal information.

AI-assisted processing of submitted photos and video

Photos and video you submit may be processed by automated systems, including AI model providers, to help us understand the job: what is in the frame, how much material is involved, and what the access looks like.

That processing is advisory. It helps a person read the job faster. It never approves a price, never declares a site or a job safe, and never replaces a look at actual conditions on site.

Automated output is kept as an internal note on your request, not as a finding about your property.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, SMS and voice messaging, and AI model processing. They handle data for us under contract and for our purposes only.

Site analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

On our public pages we use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used: where people tap, how far they scroll, and where a page is confusing. Clarity sets cookies and records interactions with all page text masked, so what you type or read is not sent to Microsoft.

Clarity never runs on staff tools, sign-in pages, or the private links we send you for estimates, change orders, invoices or job status. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). You can block it with your browser's cookie or tracker settings.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and we honor that immediately.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, submitted media and messages while the work is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records and for legal, tax and insurance requirements.

When you ask us to delete information we no longer need, we delete it or de-identify it. Some records have to be kept for a set period by law, and we will tell you when that applies.

Security

Uploads are stored in private storage and reached through short-lived links. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it for the work.

No system is perfect. If you would rather not send something, call the market and describe it instead.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to end text messages, or unsubscribe from email.

Requests go to the contact address shown. Some states give you additional rights, and we honor the ones that apply to you.
