Terms of Use

Site use, remote estimates, prices, safety and liability.

EFFECTIVE 7 OCTOBER 2026

Using this site

This site is information and intake for field-services work. Do not use it to send anything unlawful, or to interfere with the site or its security.

Remote estimates are not inspections

Photos, video, measurements and descriptions you send are used to prepare a remote estimate. A remote estimate is not an inspection, an engineering opinion or a survey.

Conditions on site — soil, rock, water, buried lines, structural damage and access — can change the scope and the price. We confirm scope in writing before work starts.

Prices are set and approved by people

Automated systems may help us read a request, but a person reviews and approves every price. A quote holds for the period stated on it and changes when the scope changes.

We do not make safety determinations

Nothing on this site is a safety determination, a clearance to work, or an approval of your site, structure or utilities. Safety questions belong to the utility, the engineer, the authority having jurisdiction or the property owner. Call 911 in an emergency.

Your property, your decisions

You confirm that you have the right to request work at the address you give us, and that you can authorize access to it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Creekward is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from reliance on a remote estimate.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

The law of the market state that serves the work applies to these terms and to the work itself. The market you reach is shown on this page and on your estimate.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our services or the law change, and we revise the effective date above.
